Our restaurant
La Locanda Merlaschio also has a restaurant.
The restaurant is in the restructured stall of the farmhouse. It maintains the characteristic windows and the wood beam ceiling.
The resturant's kitchen is open and although endowed with all the modern services, it makes you relive the taste of our farmhouses of the past century.
The menu of the day reflects the tradition of the Romagna countryside, without neglecting the creativeness and the novelties of modern cuisine.
The menu of the day is created according to the season and thus always guarantees fresh products. Bread, pasta, cakes and sweets are handmade each day and they have the fragrance and taste of the best tradition has to offer.
The wines we select are all of typical local production and offer an ample choice to assure the optimal coupling with every course.
